- Sowing Season: April to June; Spacing between the rows: 45 cm and 15 cm between the plants; Sow the seeds at a depth of 2 to 5 cm and then cover and water; Germination: 4 to 7 days at a temperature of 18 to 22ᵒC;
- Should be sown directly in their final location, i.e. in containers of various types, including vases, pots, beds or cultivation tables. The aim is to grow fruits, salads, roots and aromatic herbs both in an agricultural context and in urban gardening;
- Harvest: September to October; Ideal growing temperature: 20 to 30 ᵒC; Exposure to sun: direct sunlight; Watering: always keep the soil damp, but not permanently soaked;
- Soy is a sweet-tasting legume which is used as an excellent meat substitute. It can lower cholesterol and help regulate blood pressure, and is very nutritious.
